How to prepare for your Infrared Sauna:

Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water before your session to avoid dehydration. Afterward, replenish with electrolytes or herbal tea. We provide 2 glasses of mineralised Artesian water during your session — just ask if you'd like a third! -
Dress Comfortably
Less is more in the sauna. Most guests go nude (our saunas are private), but if you're with a friend, opt for a swimsuit or lightweight, loose-fitting clothes. Comfort is key and helps your body sweat more efficiently. -
Eat Light
Avoid large meals before your session. A light snack is fine, but try not to eat anything heavy in the hour leading up to your sauna to help your body relax and detox properly. -
Relax and Recharge
